Terms and Conditions

Fees: Programme fees are the earlier of the 20th of month following the invoice date / one month prior to the programme date.

Cancellation: Catapult reserves the right to cancel a Programme and will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. Upon cancellation, any fees already paid by the participant will be applied to a following programme of the participant’s choice.

Withdrawal and deferral: As Catapult incurs substantial administrative costs prior to programmes, the following policy applies to participant withdrawal and deferral.
If the participant withdraws more than six weeks before a programme, Catapult will provide a full refund. Participants are allowed one free deferral to another programme within 12 months, provided they notify Catapult in writing no less than four weeks before this programme. If less than six weeks notice is provided for withdrawals and deferrals, the following fees are payable:

	14 days or less	15 to 28 days	29 to 42 days
Withdrawal	100% of programme fee	50% of programme fee	50% of programme fee
Deferral	50% of programme fee	$950 administration charge	No charge

Substitutions: Consideration may, in some circumstances, be given to replacement with an alternative candidate. Substitution depends on factors including notice being given to Catapult in writing, a appropriate candidate, and sufficient time for pre-work to be completed.

What happens if I pull out?
Due to unrecoverable costs associated with each booking there are financial implications for cancelling depending on the notice provided. If you cancel more than six weeks before the programme start date, Catapult will provide a full refund. If you cancel from the programme between 42 and 15 days prior to the programme, Catapult retains 50% of your payment. If cancellation is 14 days or less before the programme start date Catapult retains 100% of the fee.

Can I transfer to another programme?
Participants are allowed one free deferral to another programme within 12 months, provided you notify Catapult in writing no less than four weeks before the programme start date. If you provide notice between 28 and 15 days you will be required to pay a $950 administration charge. If notice of deferral is 14 days or less you will be charged 50% of the programme fee (due to unrecoverable costs incurred by Catapult prior to the programme). Consideration may, in some circumstances, be given to replacement with an alternative candidate.

Acceptance of terms and conditions
I understand and agree to the above terms and conditions. Upon registration, I/my organisation will become liable for the programme fee and will be bound by the terms and conditions.
