Principles
Truly effective leadership and management development requires an understanding of a client's context and creatively designing new solutions. We have applied our extensive experience to develop principles to guide leadership development:
- Linking development with the organisation's values and purpose, vision and strategic plan
- Engaging senior management in the design process
- Exposure of participants to senior management
- Support and involvement of the participant's direct manager (meetings pre and post-workshops)
- Action learning: designing action learning projects to implement learning between workshops sessions
- Participant peer group meetings between sessions
- Feedback (from manager and programme peers)
