Who is the programme best suited to?
The programme is for both experienced leaders wanting to inspire and refresh their leadership and for newer leaders looking to create a powerful foundation on which to build their leadership. A number of CEOs and Managing Directors have been on the programme and rate it among the very best nationally and internationally. The majority of participants are level three and four managers and leaders.
What does it take to get the best from the programme?
You must actively choose to do Catapult Leadership because the programme is not a "sit back and cruise" three days. It is provocative and challenging. You will get full value by bringing an enquiring mind, a willingness to participate, and a commitment to implement learning back in the workplace.
Who isn't the programme suited to?
We don't accept reluctant participants or participants who are not entering the programme with a willingness to learn. The programme won't work for them or for other participants.
Can I miss any sessions?
The programme has been carefully designed to work as a whole. It does not work for participants, other participants, or the programme leaders, to have people start late, leave early, or to miss sessions. In agreeing to do the programme participants commit to do the full programme. The exception of course being health or other emergencies.
Are there child care facilities?
We do not provide child care facilities. However many people with young children have attended the programme by having their spouse live in at the Waiheke Island Resort or at Brackenridge Lodge. Catapult Leadership does not cover the extra associated costs.
