Catapult Leadership training is a three-day residential leadership course with follow-up coaching. The training unleashes participants' leadership potential and provides a world-class toolbox of leadership skills and resources.

Established in 2003, Catapult Leadership training has quickly established itself as one of New Zealand's premier leadership courses. Catapult Leadership training is held quarterly at Brackenridge Lodge, Martinborough and also at the Waiheke Island Resort, less than one hour's ferry from Auckland's CBD. Programme numbers are restricted to 20 people per course.
